The Classic Cockpits series is produced by Rick Searle Productions Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Founded in 1982, our company produces documentary television, video and multimedia programs on many subjects, for a wide range of clients.
Recent projects include:
A range of soundscapes, multi-screen audiovisuals, small screen audiovisuals, and a wide screen documentary with surround sound, dealing with the social history of Mount Isa.
A large screen audiovisual conveying impressions of the seasonally changing Queensland landscape.
Soundscapes, interactive multimedia, small screen audiovisuals, and a large screen documentary dealing with aspects of the Story of the "Pandora", of Mutiny on the Bounty fame.
Aviation has been Rick’s lifelong passion, so Classic Cockpits is something special…an attempt to go beyond the mere presentation of facts, to take the viewer into the cockpit, to recapture the romance of some wonderful old aircraft from the golden age of flying.
